Competition Multicolour FAB (foam blob) new style foam arsed blob fly, just amazing for catching trout.

By far one of the single most deadly trout flies that is available today. The FAB or Foam Arsed Blob is superb for catching trout rainbow, brown or other.

However you chose to fish Blobs or any other type of lure is comes down to a few things. Check before going on the water what color variations have been successful. Ensure you have a good wide selection of blobs to hand. In our opinion size is not as important as colour.

It is not always vital to have a wake or a ripple on the water however it does help. Once you have your limit or you feel you have had enough fishing a blob, get a  tiny dry fly on for some fantastic sport.
