All major credit/debit cards are accepted via our secure and safe payment gate.

Postage & delivery:

All domestic fishing flies orders carry £3.99 postage fee. Our international shipping start from £7.99.

For all domestic orders, we use Royal Mail as a main delivery service provider. International orders are shipped either via Evri or Royal Mail service. Please kindly allow up to 3-5 working days for any UK orders from the receipt of ‘Your order is ready’ email. As per Royal Mail website, any delayed orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

Any orders containing our fly boxes, equipment, certain fly tying materials or vices, the P&P is set at a flat rate of £6.69 as a small or medium parcel for all domestic post. 

Processing times & dispatch:

Any orders received by 3pm Mon – Fri (except Bank Holidays) are picked, packed and dispatched the same day.

Once your order is picked and packed and checked, you will receive an automated email notification to confirm that your order is complete and dispatched on its way to you.

Please kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result. Fish-fishingflies.co.uk reserves the right to decline orders. All transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Returns Policy & Guarantee:

All of our products offer a no quibble guarantee. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 21 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 21 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us in writing at [email protected] and then return your products unopened within 21 days of receiving your parcel.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, you may return them and we will give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 21 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Fly Patterns:

Please note these are hand made items, so may vary slightly from the pictures on the website, due to natural variations in the materials used for our flies, variations in the dyeing process, and individual tying styles.
